Delivery

Towanytrolley can of course arrange delivery of your order.

Your Order will be shipped with one of our transport partners.

Our vehicles are securely packed on a pallet with outer box and transported with one of our selected transport companies, with whom we have worked for many years.

Parts or other small products are delivered by parcel service.

If your order is delivered damaged, we would ask you to refuse delivery to the carrier and contact our team. If the damage is not immediately visible, please contact us immediately after discovery.

Collection or arranging your own transport is possible, no costs will be charged for this.
If you decide to arrange your own transport, Horti-Innovations International B.V. shall not accept any responsibility for any damage caused during transport.

Because we work with a third party for the transport, we unfortunately cannot give any certainty about the exact delivery date.
Naturally, we will do everything possible to deliver on the requested date, but no rights may be derived from this.
